WARRANTY
Sarah Sears Jewelry offers a one year manufacturing warranty which covers repairs, cleaning and replacement of small stones. Please send us an email with a description of the repairs to be made and a photo of the item in question to info@sarahsearsjewelry.com. We will analyze your request and respond to your email within 48 hours. All shipping costs for the item to be repaired are the customer's responsibility.

EXCLUSIONS
Sarah Sears Jewelry does not cover any costs for the loss of a larger center stone.
Warranty does not cover stone chipping or trauma to jewelry caused by normal wear and tear (ie. sleeping with a necklace on and breaking a chain link or misplacing jewelry and having it show up damaged due to exterior elements). Our warranty is in place for any sort of manufacturing errors and to prolong the life of your pieces.
Sarah Sears Jewelry does not cover any costs for the loss of a larger center stone.
It is advised that clients acquire jewelry insurance for custom pieces to protect against damage due to normal wear, as well as centre stone loss etc.
Jeweller’s Mutual offers comprehensive jewelry insurance packages.
REPAIRS
Sarah Sears Jewelry is under warranty for one year. If your jewelry requires a repair after this first year, let us know and we will provide you with a repair quote. Repairs will be quoted following inspection.
We offer repairs on Sarah Sears Jewelry pieces only. We do not work on jewelry made by other jewellers.

RETURNS
All custom Sarah Sears Jewelry pieces are final sale.
Exchange or store credit is offered on any unworn items within 2 weeks of purchase from the Sarah Sears Jewelry store. We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges of certain items.
Customer is responsible for covering tracked shipping costs if needed for exchange.
